Special exhibition of contemporary Hungarian violin makers and notable Hungarian vintage instruments (violins, violas and cellos) and bows presenting Hungary’s artisans who will come specially for occasion to share their achievements in the art of classical stringed instrument making, which is currently experiencing a renaissance in the old tradition of Italian and German masters.
The list of exhibitors from Budapest, Hungary and the USA are as follows: Szabolcs Bárdi, Bernd Etzler, Martin Faragó-Thököly, Gergely Ficsor, Nicholas Frirsz (USA), Tamás Guminár, János Héjja, Ferenc Kőrösi and Popara Nikola.
The exhibition will be accompanied by the music provided by Tokai String Quartet, and of course, with some wine too!
